I’m going to be doing something a little different. If it’s well received, I may do it more often. I’ll be interviewing a local author right here on Ozarks Maven. We’re both excited about the opportunity to share a little peek into this new writer and her book.
S.V. Farnsworth has just published her first book. It’s called Woman of the Stone, and she’s excited to share her words with the world. I can honestly say that I knew her back when. I met her several years ago at a Joplin Writers’ Guild meeting. We were even members of the same critique group for a little over a year.
She has a vivid imagination and puts her characters into situations that evoke powerful emotions in her readers. Woman of the Stone is an epic fantasy, which isn’t one of my favorite genres. I write romance, which isn’t one of her favorites. We still get along with each other, though.
I’ll be posting her interview on Thursday, October 10, 2019, which is the day the ebook releases. For now, I’m attaching her book launch party flyer. Farnsworth’s book launch is being held at our amazing local bookstore, Always Buying Books on Saturday, October 12, 2019. Unfortunately, I’m going to miss it because I’ll be out of town. I hope the event is a great success, and I’m sorry to miss it. Woman of the Stone is already available at Always Buying Books for $15.00 and available from online retailers such as Amazon.
Don’t forget to read Farnsworth’s interview right here on Ozarks Maven on October 10, 2019. If you’re in the Joplin area and like epic fantasy, please consider stopping by Always Buying Books on October 12, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the official Woman of the Stone launch.
